About Culminum

Culminum LLC was founded by Christopher DiMarco and Brian Alexander in Dallas, Texas. Christopher brings thirty years of architectural practice to the design of our tools.
Grounded in the professional experience of existing workflows, our tools work the way you do.

We build for disciplines that leave no room for guesswork:

What we collect

Your data stays on your device. Culminum does not house, collect, or process the content you create in our apps — scans, models, documents, recordings, journals, and conversations are stored and processed on your own hardware. AI interactions and iCloud storage are governed by your agreements with those providers; the processing and storage of your working data remain on your equipment. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking pixels.

How we use it

The limited information we do hold — your email address, purchase and license records — is used to answer you, honor your license, and keep accounts in order. Nothing in it is sold or shared for marketing.

Bug reports

Bug reports are user-initiated. A report contains anonymized device and technical data with no identifying or confidential content, other than the email address you send it from. We use reports only to diagnose and fix the issue.

Third parties

Apple and Google handle app distribution and, where applicable, payments. AI features may transmit the content you choose to send to Anthropic or Google AI in order to generate a response; those exchanges are governed by the providers’ own terms. Culminum does not receive, store, or examine that content.

Data retention

What we retain is limited to customer service and license accounting: your email address, support correspondence, and purchase records. None of the data processed by our apps is collected, stored, retained, or examined by Culminum. Retained records are deleted on request.

Culminum software is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use.

Our tools assist professional work; they do not perform it. Measurements, models, code reviews, and any other AI-generated output must be verified by a qualified professional before being relied upon for design, construction, permitting, or any other consequential decision. Responsibility for that judgment remains with you.
